Manage all customer emails from Website administration, currently we get the first inquiry then all other emails default to your outlook. Would be great to see the entire history plus one central point for multiple staff to reply.
agree the ability to add attachments such as photos or documents would be very useful. I it it frustrating using Zeald to initially answer emails and then having to switch to Outlook for ongoing communication
Agreed and the ability to add a signature like you can in email!
Plus the abiltiy to add photos (or any other files) when replying to an email enquiry via the website.
